Paste in the week's schedule, open estimates and unpaid invoices, and get a one-page rundown of what needs you before the trucks roll.
You spend Sunday night or Monday morning clicking through screens to plan the week.
Your field software's dashboard already gives you this at a glance.
You paste in a few exports or screenshots, and AI turns them into a short rundown: who's where, which estimates are going cold, which invoices are past due, and the three things that need you personally. Once it's set up as a saved project, it takes a few minutes each week.
Nobody has published results for this one yet, so this use case rests on my judgment. If you’ve done it, tell me how it went.
I own [company name], an HVAC company. Here's this week's schedule, our open estimates and our unpaid invoices: [paste or upload]. Give me a one-page Monday rundown: 1) the week at a glance by tech, 2) estimates older than 7 days that need a follow-up, 3) invoices more than 30 days past due, 4) the three things that need me personally. Use short bullet points. Don't invent anything that isn't in what I gave you.Read what it gives you before you send or use it. You know your customers; it doesn’t.
Count the weekly planning time, once a week.
Sunday night or early Monday, the owner clicks through the schedule, the estimate list, the unpaid invoices and a pile of texts to figure out what the week looks like. It takes an hour and it's easy to miss something.
0.5 to 1 hrs a week: 45 to 90 minutes pulling the week together from several places, cut by about half. Rounded down.
Use a paid plan that doesn't train on your data, and leave out anything you don't need, like card numbers. Job lists and invoice totals are usually fine.
Not without setup. The free version is copy and paste. Connecting it to your field software so it runs on its own is a bigger build.
