Worth it if

You don't hear from clients until something goes wrong.

Skip it if

You already survey clients and act on it.

What gets set up

A short request goes out after major projects or monthly, and responses flow into your practice management system. At an eight-person Scottsdale firm, the COO built this with Claude in four or five hours, connected to Karbon, replacing survey tools they couldn't justify. Happy clients can then get a link to your Google Business Profile.

Who’s done it

Real exampleTrade press

A firm's COO builds a client feedback app in an afternoon

High Rock Accounting's COO built an app that asks clients for feedback after big projects and feeds it into Karbon.

Use case estimate: 0.5 to 1 hrs a week ours, not theirs

What they did. Built the app with Claude Code and a Claude team account in four or five hours.

How it went. It replaced satisfaction and NPS programs the firm couldn't justify, and feedback comes in faster and cheaper.

Worth knowing. It collects private feedback, not public reviews.

Why it matters

Firms rarely ask clients how it went, and when they do, satisfaction survey tools can cost more than they return. Happy clients also go unasked for reviews.

How I estimated the hours

0.5 to 1 hrs a week: Sending and tracking 5 to 10 feedback requests a week by hand at 5 minutes each. Rounded down.

Questions

Yes. Clients who answer well can get a link to leave a review. Check your state board's rules on testimonials if you're unsure.

The Scottsdale firm's COO built it herself with Claude. A simpler version is a form plus an automatic email.
