The terms that apply to the AIMention report and the Done-For-You implementation service.

By using AIMention you agree to these terms.
AIMention analyses your business website and produces a report that scores its visibility in AI-powered search tools (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude). The report identifies gaps and suggests specific improvements. Your overall score and letter grade are free; the full report is a paid product.
The report is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee that making the recommended changes will result in your business being mentioned by any AI system. AI search results depend on many factors outside our control, and the landscape changes frequently. We do our best to give you accurate, actionable guidance, but we cannot promise specific outcomes.
The full report costs a one-time fee of $30. The optional Done-For-You implementation service, which carries out the Action Checklist items from your report on your behalf, costs a one-time fee of $199. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no hidden fees for either product.
The full report carries a money-back guarantee: if your report does not show you anything worth fixing, email us at charlie@aimention.co and we will refund your $30. For the Done-For-You service, if we cannot complete a fix for any reason, you do not pay for it — we will flag the item and adjust accordingly. For anything else, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis; we just ask that you reach out before disputing the charge.
The Done-For-You service implements the Action Checklist items identified in your AIMention report. It requires you to provide the access described in our intake form (typically your Google Business Profile and website or CMS access). Work is normally completed within 5 business days of receiving complete access details. Items that cannot be handled remotely will be flagged with your options before any work is done.
AIMention is provided as-is. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the report for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on the report. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
By submitting a website URL, you confirm that you have the right to have that website analysed. Please do not submit URLs you do not own or have permission to audit. For the Done-For-You service, you confirm you have the authority to grant the access you provide.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
